Pluto in Capricorn

This year is the beginning of a marvelously powerful period where we will be discovering a divine mysterious power to bring good to ourselves, and upon the world.

Pluto will be in Capricorn from 2008 through 2023, where we will have the opportunity to bring forth a Divine Blueprint. A Blueprint of what is actually intended to be the Golden Age of Aquarius. This Blueprint will affect all activities on earth for the next 2000 years.

Capricorn is a very powerful sign. Capricorn is about the use of power, pure power. Capricorn represents the highest ideals brought forth from heaven, the etheric octave. Capricorn has the power to create a standard of the way things are supposed to be. This blueprint of the new paradigm involves every part of our lives. The new paradigm is Aquarius. The Aquarian Age represents new ideas, new inventions, new rules, new systems of government.

Pluto in Capricorn is the desire to put the Aquarian blueprint into place. It isn’t the invention or innovative organization, or new product, it’s the blueprint for all of this.

The Age of Aquarius is when everything changes, the establishment of an entire new structure where we can all go up to the next tier. To give you an idea of how big this is… The most recent Pluto in Capricorn cycle occurred at the beginning of the Revolutionary War. Think about the huge change that came about from the Revolutionary War. Look at that period as a blueprint and look at what was established and how it affected the entire planet.

Not only was a new country established, a new form of government – a Democratic Republic – it was to emphasize a new form of individual freedom and liberty. Out of that freedom arose so much that has blessed so many.

A study of the ideas of the Founding Fathers, what they were trying to achieve, why they felt it important, would be good use of our time. I’ve always found it a fascinating study of contemplating the true ideals behind the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Where did these ideals come from?

Last time Pluto was in Capricorn in an Age of Aquarius, was approximately 28,000 years ago. Which according to some esoteric teachings, was during a great Golden Age on the Earth. Capricorn is all about the power necessary to bring down and make permanent a better world, a better society, better communities, better lives for everyone.

For each of us, Pluto in Capricorn urges us to bring that blueprint into each of our lives. Pluto in Capricorn represents you as the CEO of your life. Getting up every morning and saying… What will I create today? How will I contribute? How will my mind and heart create the greatest potential of happiness and progress for humanity today? Think of the area of life that is your passion. What are your special interests? These are the areas that Pluto in Capricorn wants to be expressed in your life!

Pluto in Capricorn beckons each one of us to concentrate on the perfect design and perfect function of that which is our passion. Pluto in Capricorn provides a thrust to bring that “perfect design” into the physical.

But first we must remember and know that there is a perfect design…

“Divine self, through the infinite potential of the Light, I AM calling forth the most perfect blueprint and pattern of progress, freedom and love to manifest upon this planet in every area and activity on the Earth NOW.”

Imagine thought forms and concepts in our leaders, in our businesses, in the arts, in our schools, EVERYWHERE!

Imagine the way heaven intended it to be on the earth.

“AS ABOVE SO BELOW”

Imagine inventions, technology, economic solutions, and health breakthroughs, political and government improvements that benefit EVERYONE. Physics, science, astronomy, transportation, quantum discoveries integrated in numerous necessary activities we depend upon in society throughout our lives creating more efficiency, less waste, greater freedom and more time.

Now, this is not just because of Pluto in Capricorn. THIS IS PLUTO IN CAPRICORN WITHIN THE AGE OF AQUARIUS. These new structures and blueprints are even more transformative.

We are entering a very exciting period in our history.

But wait, there is more…

Just as there is the potential to exercise divine power and influence over our world, there is also a “dark” side to Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto in any sign aggressively tries to degenerate the signs positive qualities within each individual and on the earth as a whole.

We must remember that astrological cycles are only energy, energy we need to understand how to use. But still only energy, how we use this energy is up to us. People who aspire to powerful positions and are already in control, will become more tempted to increase their grip of power over others.

For example the electricity that runs a computer can be used for many different activities. We can use this electricity in a computer for such activities to design a home, to create art, to run cars, to research and learn and in so many other positive ways that liberate us or we can use this same energy to engage in lower activities that will enslave us. How we use this energy from heaven is always our free will choice.

Capricorn is a dangerous sign for Pluto to reside in. Capricorn is about pure power and has such a powerful thrust. Pluto will try to take this Divine Capricornian Blueprint and pervert it, twist it and create a counterfeit blueprint.

There are a number of ways Pluto will try to do this.

Pluto in Capricorn can aggravate a desire within people with egotistical tendencies to monopolize and dominate. You will be able to see this not only on a personal level, but dangerously on a planetary scale. The “darker” aspect of Pluto in Capricorn will show as efforts to monopolize, dominate and control with punitive authority.

A way this will look could be domination through a distortion of Aquarian Age principles. Where the words will be of unity, oneness and freedom for all. But the reality will be increased domination and control with punitive measures against those who question.

In an Aquarian cycle a key component of such dominance is to create a society of “mechanized” non-thinking blindly obedient “subjects” and “rules” to enforce fairness and equality – Aquarian principles – but in reality the true objectives of these “rules” are to exert domination and control.

Think back to the Revolutionary War and the King of Englands’ attempts to dominate. Before the war broke out, there were numerous attempts by the King and English Parliament to appease the colonists by appearing to grant illusionary “freedoms”, while the true intent was to punish and establish greater domination.

Pluto in Capricorn has just begun but we are already seeing its intentions…(and remember, the gravity of this cycle, is because it is going to go on for some 25 years!)

For example we are already starting to witness these efforts to further monopolize and dominate in such areas as the “energy crisis”. We know that solutions to reducing our carbon footprint are going to come from the freedom and creativity of individuals and companies bringing forth new inventions and solutions not from attempts (from either government or industry) to monopolize, control and keep things in “crisis” mode.

We’ll see attempts by others, to control and morph the Pluto in Capricorn Divine Blueprint. Already Congress is almost gleefully considering how to nationalize oil companies and creating taxes that will add an additional nine trillion dollars to our tax burdens to stop “global warming”.

Does anyone really believe that the greed of government is better than the greed of industry? Greed is still greed and regardless of which “side” wins the “greed war” the few still profit from the many. The “dark” intent would be to take these very precious gifts of freedom that are created for our future happiness and put them into the hands of the few for the benefit of the few.

There are divine solutions ready to come forth which allow the full benefit and freedoms that are meant for everyone to be shared by everyone. This is the divine intent of Pluto in Capricorn in an Aquarian Age.

Solutions to the “energy crisis”, “economic crisis”, “health care crisis”, communications, space travel, transportation and so many other areas will be flooding forth.

While there will be increased benefits arising in all areas of our life, there will be huge increased attempts to take advantage and control and monopolize and ration these new inventions, through “crisis”, rationing, government regulations, corporate greed. The few will want to control the benefits that are meant for all. The few know that their time is short and they (are going all the way this time)

There are challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome in order to bring the blessings of the Divine Blueprint forth.

Discard Mechanical Ignorance

Pluto in Capricorn’s influence will intensify critical, judgmental attitudes. One aspect of “Mechanical Ignorance” is the use of clever put downs, criticisms and judgment upon others, and remaining ignorant of its deadly affect upon all life. Much of the political commentary on the web contains nothing but clever criticisms and name calling. Due to the trend of seeing criticism and name calling as clever and popular we are losing the art of simply analyzing all aspects of an issue. Criticism destroys our ability for inner discernment.

Likewise, being in a state of “Mechanical Ignorance” makes us vulnerable and unaware that we are being molded by trends, culture and media. Manipulated by politicians and government agendas, just as these manipulators are being manipulated by other greater forces than themselves. Rather than exercising our own free will discernment, people are mechanically and blindly following where they are told to go and what they are instructed to think and feel.

In the efforts to control and dominate, we will have the opportunity to witness increased attempts by the media to tell us the “conclusion” of what we need to think. This media manipulation has been around us for ages and it is going to increase and intensify.

Now is the time to ask questions.

It is through the asking of the question and through the divine witness that much of the negative aspects of Pluto can be neutralized. What “they” don’t want you to discover, is that by asking for truth, you begin tapping into a vast infinite computer-like storehouse of information that obeys your request and begins bringing you the answer. Some call this storehouse a part of heaven. This in itself is the power of the mind. For example, such questions as…

– Why do the political advocates of “global warming” blame all on humans and not take into consideration of the increased activities of the Sun. The 1990’s saw more activity such as solar flares and corona mass ejections coming from the Sun than at any time in recorded history.

– Why do the media and the governments consider the solution to “global warming” to be a nine trillon dollar energy tax on the United States with a demand that the United States reduce their energy usage while other countries such as China will be allowed to increase their energy use and corresponding pollution generating polices unabated?

– How does the government say they going to spend that nine trillon dollar tax?

– How is the government actually going to use that nine trillon dollar tax?

– Why is the fact that China adds a new coal fueled power plant every 10 days – coal plants that are hugely more polluting than any plants in the United States or Europe not considered in the efforts to reduce “global warming”.

– Why did gas prices rise so quickly in the course of several weeks when there were no shortages or increase in usage.

– Why does the media tell us on one day that gas prices have to rise because we are running out of oil and then the next day announce that the oil fields in Iraq are 5X larger than they ever imagined and now Iraq has the largest reserves on the planet?

– Why are we told that one of the reasons there is an “oil shortage” is because there has been no money going into developing alternatives.

– What has Exxon been doing with that 8 BILLION profit they seem to post every quarter?

These are just some of the questions we will be pondering. Pluto in Capricorn will allow us the opportunity to ask many more. We need to be asking these questions and so many more and looking for the answers.

Make the commitment to be the divine witness… “Divine Presence above me, awaken me to the truth of life and remove from me all ignorance, complacency and all that lulls me to sleep from this mechanical world.”

Bring into your life the spirit of the divine solutions.

Pluto in Capricorn is having a profound impact on how we are viewing the upcoming presidential election and how we are viewing government in general. I’ll be writing about that shortly.

Before that I’ll be looking into when Pluto (Perversion) in Capricorn (Power) forms a square to Uranus (Freedom) in Aries (Idealism).

Pluto in Capricorn is ushering in an exciting time, a “renaissance age” — if you will — where we will witness heaven pouring forth into our world the ingenuity and creativity which blesses all. We all have a part to play in this, what is your part?
