Uranus , the planet of sudden disruptions and change, has been in an opposition to Maduro’s Sun and Mercury. If anyone has ever heard me speak of this opposition, which is once in 84 years, they know it’s very serious. It means there is no other path now for this person, but to move into a new role in life. You can never go back, never again return to the old lifestyle and old base of operations. It’s over. Final.
This cycle began July-November 2025, exactly started on the date of July 20 – August 18 and continues to change the direction of his life up to May 18 2026.

Pluto conjoin Maduro’s South Node
Pluto has also been conjoining Maduro’s South Node, which is once in 248 yrs, it began 2024, and if a person has that astrology cycle, their role within a group, a leadership role, or community, is also over. This Pluto cycle is much more physically seen, as an actual circumstance of physically ending their decision to remain in control or invested in a career or board of directors, or head of a community and so on. So he has two major planetary movements denoting endings of the old ways.
It is the end and finality of that position. One relinquishes their influence over others, no matter what age they are at. It is seen as a form of retirement.
November 28 – December 4, 2025 Mars at 18* – 23* Sagittarius, is activating Maduro’s 6th house of practicality, military and personal common sense. The Mars is in a trine which motivates the person and his 6th house military, towards a more agreeable and compliant role, (this definitely includes 6th house military) – it emphasizes a theme toward being of service rather than oppositional and defiant. This astrology definitely is not describing a person fighting back as we are hearing in the news, but compliant, including the majority of his military.
Mars is favorable towards his natal Mars in Leo, and sextile his Moon in Libra in the 4th house of location, home and residence ( and his wealth). As if he is being told to leave peacefully, and he can take his money, set you up with a new residence, just walk away. This Mars is activating a personal and private compliant and agreeable posture with regards to personal security, survival and anything related to his living, home residence , future location or position in the country personally.

U.S. Conceptional 1776 chart and the Full Moon in Gemini December 4, 2025
The 2025 Gemini Full Moon marks a big turning point for the U.S. It has been moving strongly towards redefining its identity, image, and the new cultural message it has desired to send out to the world.
The Full Moon date of December 4, is looked at as a crescendo moment, where an ultimate message of the U.S.’s position and where it is directing its attention in many areas for the future, is made clear.
Long-standing agreements and negotiations with major nations will inconveniently adjust, reach a crucial moment for future plans and collaboration among leaders which brings change. It all comes to a head around December 4. There will arrangements regarding mutually benefiting industry and resources, tech, gold, economy, shared defense, space etc..etc… long range future goals involved. These are all Sagittarius Sun inconjuncts and the Full Moon, along with the Mercury in Sag, all activating the U.S. Sagittarius Rising.
Strong U.S. warnings and statements made towards specific regions, reach an ultimatum, a strong unpleasant tension grows everywhere, as the Full Moon’s Sun in Sagittarius forms an inconjunct to the U.S. Sun in the 8th house (the other country’s position, resources, and power). It is in an incongruency, disrupting others’ established positions.
From December 4 on, this is the starting point of no return for certain countries and leaders, as there would be an inconvenient adjustment required with their positions they hold or their convictions and agendas, or even in leadership during this time. It could involve any one country – Ukraine, the middle east, Israel, but I’m thinking right now in regards to South America and what is going on there. It is as if the Full Moon on Dec 4, were being used as a marker point, a deadline for cooperation expected causing highly inconvenient changes in several regions. Some form of international disruption and adjustment of their old security base is happening and has been during the past thirty days, since the end of October, leading up to December 4 Full Moon. The Full Moon in Gemini also deals with things such as important documents, agreeing upon crucial issues and global decisions made, signing or filing proclamations etc… now up through December 4.
This lunation signals a major shift in international relationships, past agreements, and previously tolerated activities—pushing all parties toward a forced change and cooperation. This has been in the works for a while, but because of the Mercury (open talks and reveals of plans) from end of October up through let’s say, December 17, discussions and expectations are out in the open now.

In otherwords, The Full Moon day, December 4 2025’s Sun, is at 13* Sagittarius. It is inconjunct both U.S. Suns – The natal 1789 Sun at 10* Taurus, and the Conceptional 1776 Sun at 13* Cancer, forming a finger of God, or a YOD. ( It is also coincidentally, inconjunct Venezuela’s Sun at 13* Cancer. Venezuela’s Sun sign is exactly 12* Cancer, the U.S. Conceptional 1776 Sun is at 13* Cancer, so Venezuela’s Sun, it’s presence, power and circumstances it is in, is directly entangled with the U.S. at this time, as it is lined up with this Full Moon Sun, inconjunct, which is part of the adjustment, shift and inconvenient change going on, fascinating!) see quad chart below for those who want a visual….All eyes are pointing towards the Full Moon moment, especially the position of the Sun, which is always the director or leader of the Solar System. It dictates the way of power, especially if it is at the tip or finger, of the Y, the finger of God configuration.
A finger of God are astrological angles made by three separate planets, forming a shape like the letter Y. It signifies an extremely tense situation, a test to make the correct choices, take the right path. It is a karmic moment like fate, or destiny moment, where the nation (or person) must weather through a serious challenge, adjust to a new direction no matter how inconvenient it is, do it right this time. There is much tension to act correctly under a finger of God energy.
So back to our U.S. chart – we will get into Venezuela later. The Full Moon is lined up on the U. S. Chart’s 4th and 10th houses – home, land, region, security and borders – 10th house, president, power, government, and this Sun Presence, is is putting incredible focus of attention upon the U.S. Natal 4th house of boundaries, immigration blocked, territory, a particular Sagittarian culture for the U.S. In its 4th house of home, land, security, way of life – establishing severe international rules, expectations, standards, (all Sagittarius) and issues pertaining to protection – such as the Golden Dome. The Sun is highlighting a strong focus during this time we are in now, these areas.
It includes an escalation of issues regarding agriculture, real estate, financial security for families etc.. It emphasizes everything which is tied to the 4th house of the sign of Cancer – domestic security, abundance, food, shelter and safety – it is inconjunct the U.S. natal Sun in the sign of Taurus, in the 9th house, which means, a dramatic epic shift of the old cultural (9th house) banking, currency, established attitude and way of life will change. The 9th house, is also the environment of the U.S.’s relation to other countries. It is the house of foreigners, or foreign relations.
This Sun’s position on December 4 (yet building remember since October) is highly inconvenient as all inconjuncts require a sometimes excruciating shift, from one attachment through the adjustment into a new way. This is all coming to a head on December 4. Somehow, someway, we notice everything is beginning to shift or accelerate into the shift of position, posture or behavior, including the U.S.’s position with relation to the world. Financial, close allies, collaborations etc. But this has already been in motion of a while, we are only now just seeing it, and it is escalating – as of end of October up through December 2025. As you can see in the double wheel chart, Mercury retrograde is also at the bottom of the U.S. chart’s 4th house, enhancing this direction.
March 2023 through December 28 2025 Pluto squares the U.S. Natal Venus
There is so much more going on in the U.S. Natal chart, such as the end of an old pleasure culture remaining in control that previously was hidden – in so many ways – particular societies, clandestine social groups spread out throughout the country – from the transit of Pluto square the U.S. Natal Venus in the 9th house of morality. This is also a once in 248 year death to this dominating threat. As this Pluto cycle to the U.S. Venus ends on December 28 midnight, 2025, and has been in its death-throws since 2020 – 2022 when it began. This will also include the death and end over (Pluto square natal Venus, ruling the U.S.’s Libra on the 2nd house of the money ) – Federal Reserve. According to the astrology, not my opinion, it alters or ends some presence of that agency some how, in the U.S. Chart.
The aftermath can take years to unravel until that old culture is no longer popular or relevant. The U. S. astrology appears to be at a serious point in time, for pressing an arrangement with other countries, as Saturn in Pisces activates its own natal Saturn in Pisces in the 7th house of allies or open enemies – and that involves new demands and expectations towards leaders, yet on a positive note, puts heavy expectations to perform at a higher level of excellence in its relations towards others. Greater responsibility with investing in its allies. This began to escalate with particular relations with leaders, February 2025 up through January 2026. Yet, Saturn officially entered the 7th house of relationships in 2024.
Venezuela
The Full Moon in Gemini, Venezuela and other planetary cycles:
Venezuela is receiving the same inconjunct from the Full Moon’s Sun at 13* Sagittarius to her natal Sun at 12* Cancer, just like the U.S. Conceptional Sun at 13* Cancer. The pressure intensifies as inconjuncts force compliance, or obligation to act in a particular manner.
Both are being forced into an awkward highly inconvenient shift, an obligation to move on a plan, a re-arrangement of leadership – a serious massive adjustment of leadership (President) and its resources, its previous old financial arrangements, resource relations with other countries and groups, are going to go through a massive disruption. End of October up through December 4, 2025, Venezuela’s pressure to adjust to the change and alter its course, could come to a head. From that day on, things will not ever be the same again. This also matches Maduro’s chart right now.
The planet Uranus on Venezuela’s 7th house of relations since early 2025 has been triggering dynamic relationship changes, acceleration into a new age of building new alliances as it has been triggering its 7th house of allies and international relations. Uranus throws new relations into the mix to deal with, replacing old ones with others. New people, new dynamic events others bring into the country could be some positive and some disruptive, challenging. This cycle began to unfold strongly, May 2025, and comes to a head on December 4 2025, continuing to intermingle within key communities in Venezuela at every level, until February 5, 2026. It is once in 84 years, yet takes 8 – 10 years to adjust to the changes of these new people and their influence for Venezuela from the date it began.
Saturn and Neptune challenges the Moon and Sun of Venezuela
Saturn and Neptune challenge Venezuela’s Sun and Moon which are in opposition March 15 2026 – March 16 2028 creating an unpleasant restrictive feeling from the Saturn’s forced compliance and Neptune’s partial loss of the old ways for some – towards particular individuals and groups. The money, ideal lifestyle for some – the suffering and deprivation witnessed and exposed throughout the world, corrupt activities, dissolving of destructive relations with other leaders, former arrangements potentially dissolve in Neptune’s energy.
Mercury Retro on Venezuela’s Neptune
The recent Mercury Retrograde which maximized its power at 6* Sagittarius on November 9, and continued its influence throughout November up to December 17, 2025 – is and was a major initiator for the change – a trigger if you would call it – sitting right on Venezuela’s own Neptune in the 1st house. This activated an exposure or marked a reveal like ripping the Neptunian veil off of clandestine activities.
(This action from Mercury simply means Venezuela’s Neptunian undercover or hidden activities, , allies, investors, arrangements, culture, infiltration from other countries etc…etc…. was marked for disruption and reveal, by Mercury. This would factions of countries, agencies from particular countries who had a role in these arrangements, also being brought to light.
However you all want to interpret this, is up to you, but that is the action of Mercury for everyone. Whatever it lands on during a retrograde period opens a can of worms in that area to be addressed.) So, the Full Moon on December 4, could be seen as another energy or activity coming in to Venezuela’s world, to finalize a long time brewing plan for change.)
Mars’ aggressive energy
The week of November 25 – 30, Mars exactly squares Venezuela’s Pluto at 18* Pisces in the 4th house of land, home, boundaries, domestic area, real estate, location – or basically, the region of Venezuela. This is not an unusual astrological cycle as it happens every year and a half. However, because of the other planetary energies on Venezuela and Maduro, it could be seen as an aggressive trigger during these dates, such as an invasion. (which is most likely already happening.)
Mars also opposed Jupiter in Gemini at 20*, in Venezuela’s 7th house of negotiating, forced confrontations within testy relations, under pressure agreements. With Gemini involved, and Mercury retro involved, these energies send messages to leaders, or whomever would need to receive and respond, of a hostile nature. It’s not the most pleasant transit to go through. This peaked on Friday/Saturday November 28-29th. And will continue into December. Mars is an aggressive energy in an opposition and square. It is a threat.
December 3-4, Transit of Mars will directly oppose U.S. Natal Mars, and square U.S. Natal Neptune in the 9th house of foreign countries. This can be seen as a military maneuver.
This energy will trigger the Mars square Neptune problem within the U.S. Chart – in otherwords, the U.S.’s own pattern of reacting and taking action based on strong convictions the U.S. sees as necessary, agendas and outcomes which must be handled in a strong manner – yet many hidden confusing layers lie beneath the aggressive actions with many levels of intel as to why this or that aggressive action is actually taking place. So Mars is now activating the U.S. Mars/Neptune on the world scene during these testy times leading up to the Full Moon.
There can also be strong actions taken from Mars to trigger and confront another countries’ or leaders’ position which leads to much speculation for the real reason for this confrontation. It’s all happening in the next few weeks, November 28 – December 4 peaking, up through the end of the Mercury retro period, December 17. This is also when Mercury returns to its original degree when it turned retro – 6* Sagittarius.
There is so much I would love to go into with these nations’ astrology, such as the Mercury retro at 6* Sagittarius, end of October 2025, conjoining ( triggering) the U.S. Natal Ascendant acting very much like a green light to move on everything that has been in the works all year. It culminates December 4 – 17th.)

Ukraine
January 2023 – November 18, 2025 Pluto conjoin Ukraine’s Saturn.
This planetary cycle once in 248 years, is always a severe karmic oppression, a disaster. Whoever, whatever and however an act of infiltration, oppression, manipulation, takeover, and domination occurs under this cycle, by the end of it, anyone who has gone through it, feels it was a wipe out.
We are at the tail end of it – with six months aftermath of stagnation, desolation and not even the beginning of a recovery. It is a once in 248 year tragic astrology cycle from Pluto. At least it is over.
The Full Moon at 13* Gemini on December 4, inconjunct Ukraine’s Neptune
This is a weird transit for Ukraine beginning now and peaking on December 4, 2025. It is as if there is a new role or government being formed secretly – a new control over the Ukrainian leadership and individuals in power yet the leader isn’t actively involved or having any say in the matter.
Everyone thinks he is there, but he is not playing a real role in the forming of the new position of Ukraine in eastern Europe. This is truly Neptunian clever behind the scenes negotiations and establishing a new system, proclamations, where there are those in power outside and in Ukraine who are working together to establish new rules.
An epic inconvenience and confusion, a disappointment for many and lackluster moment for all who thought Ukraine’s’ struggle would end this or that way ….for this or that higher purpose and outcome. It marks a time starting right now, for Ukraine and other leaders involved, to observe soberly and hard, the devastation left. The relinquishing its grip somehow on how they thought or desired it to go, how the political power would turn out. Also, a seriously inconvenient adjustment they are now facing, compromise? Or compliance if you will, to another plan laid out, another agenda inserted onto the new structure for the Ukrainian people.
December 4 would be the start of this process, culminating in the end of the war in Ukraine, from January 14 up through February 1 2026. One way or another, a big change will occur in Ukraine’s position. January into February, Neptune inconjunct Ukraine’s Sun at 0* Virgo, once more. (It began March 31, 2025 through October, 2025 – and is back again for the last time, mid- January 2026.)
This is the last and strongest moment of an obligation to yield, to adjust and adopt a new government, a new position in the world. It will be a long long learning curve, as that is what Neptune inconjunct the Sun does. An adjustment to a new identity, position in the world, with new ways, new purpose. However, it isn’t always clear how that new role will be received or how strong it will be, and under what terms. There is always deception or secret arrangements with the planet Neptune.
So this is all potentially coming to an end now up to January 14, 2026, then trailing on into the February 14 – 28, as Saturn and Neptune conjoin at zero degrees Aries, launching the epic reset date. (we will cover that soon.)

Full Moon Activating Russia’s Mercury – the planet of important analysis and decisions made.
December 4 Full Moon is activating Russia’s Mercury, which prompts a country towards expansion attempts (again) because of serious financial needs. (Jupiter rules Russia’s Mercury in Sagittarius, in the 4th house of land, home, financial abundance and territory, and Jupiter is in Cancer in 2025/2026 trine Russia’s Venus and Pluto in Scorpio.)
This energy could create an optimistic bold move within Russia to continue its aggressive attempt for expansion and other culturally motivated actions – however, in January in Ukraine’s chart – the Neptune inconjunct Sun’s final hit, along with other energies, is showing a potential end of the war. Many behind the scenes meetings, agreements and activities are ongoing in attempt to negotiate, drawing up documents for ending this war. Russia is privy to these, yet Mars will be on Russia’s Sun December 12 – 20, which could indicate yet another aggressive movement towards control. We’ll see.
December 2025 – January 2028
However, a brand new cycle Russia is moving into, appears to put them into a desperate position of financial need. This is much much worse than seen in a long time. Pluto conjoin natal Saturn creates a situation of serious lack, panic, economic struggle beginning December 4, 2025 during the Full Moon in Gemini. This Pluto influence continues through 2027. The Financial situation could be the motive behind the aggressive move. This new cycle could last two to three years out in severity.
This planetary configuration for Russia now entering its once in 248 years, is called Pluto conjoin Russia’s natal Saturn, just as Ukraine experienced the worst struggle of it in 2022, and terribly peaked beginning 2023 ,ended November 18, 2025.
This will be difficult. Russia’s Saturn is in the 6th house of its military, quality of service, work employment, mental health, medicine – health of the country, social services and its economic budget. It simply means, something could dominate or oppress these areas of functionality and well being in Russia for a period. It is always karmic, Pluto conjoin Saturn.

November 28 – December 15, peaking December 4, 2025.
Acquiring, building some technology incredible and collaborating with other countries with it, (major tech AI, ) and making revolutionary arrangements with a foreign country
The Full Moon in Gemini is conjoining Israel’s Mercury in the 8th house of joint partnering– which is a culmination of signing a document, a professional national security arrangement for their future – a serious massive collaboration– in Gemini it could be tech, data, AI or any other IT move. It could be finalized somewhere between November 28 to December 4, or a few days later.
Quantum tech and other important security and/or cutting edge revolutionary businesses and activities are in place in partnership with other countries. Locations are being discussed, and intel domination is being pursued.
Mexico
The Full Moon and Mercury Retro in Sagittarius/Gemini
End of October 2025 running through November, and peaking by December 4, Full Moon, Mexico is receiving the Full Moon’s Sun exactly conjoined its Neptune. The Neptune/Saturn in this chart is triggering the karmic lessons and challenges with the leaders’ deceptions, denial, and the people dreaming and believing in a very idealistic and optimistic future, yet anything in the sign of Sagittarius can involve procrastination, confusion and apathy, (with Neptune) and an unwillingness to figure out how to confront and change the dysfunctional psychology of those in power.
However, the Full Moon is taking care of that. It is triggering Mexico’s Neptune/Saturn, forcing the issue. It is causing a situation where whatever is going on within South America (Venezuela), the Full Moon and earlier from the Mercury retrograde, is now being handled for Mexico. Challenges are forced upon Mexico leadership. The Neptunian agenda for maintaining a dangerous alliance with corruption, is almost to say, overriding Mexicos’ dysfunctional leadership. So, Neptune is an escapist, passive planet in its lower behavior – and the Sun in the Full Moon event, is the dominating planet now – in the leadership posture during end of October through December 17, with a crescendo of events peaking on December 4. Which means, it is forcing or dictating an arrangement, a stand down to the otherwise game playing and subterfuge arrangements within Mexico’s government and other prominent influential people. So whatever is happening in Venezuela’s situation, is going to expand northward, potentially towards Mexico.
The Mercury Retro at 6* Sagittarius, also conjoined (triggered the dysfunction of leaders) Mexicos’ Neptune also beginning end of October, peaking November 9 up through December 4 – ending December 17 2025. This Mercury was like a communication, a message given to leaders, and their relationship with others to put them on notice, what is going to happen, a re-arrangment of powers in that region.
Iran
Saturn and Neptune’s Transit through Iran’s house of health and purity/quality of water, food.
Serious situations regarding Iran’s health, food, water of the people may be an ongoing issue from the Saturn in Pisces conjoin Iran’s Mars and Mercury in Pisces in Iran’s 6th house and throughout 2026. Also Saturn conjoin Iran’s Sun in Aries throughout 2026. These energies occur once every 29 ½ years. It means there is a difficult thing to swallow, a facing of the truth or reality of some sort of challenging situation within the country, and something must be done about it now.
Pluto trines Iran’s Moon in Gemini
By 2028 – Pluto trine Iran’s Moon in Gemini in the area of cultural expansion and spiritual will undergo a deep transition. There will be open minded growth, education and greater exchange happening with universities and moral ethical cultural beliefs shared. There is a strong international relations among the people with Iran. It will drastically change and become more interactive, open, like an exchange of culture and collaboration with other countries as a unified mutual goal financial and business is recognized. Gold, economy and thriving seems to be behind it all. A relationship is being built, but it might take to 2027 to begin.
